K- HOUSE

The K - House is situated in one of the premium private residential cluster in Kalibata, Jakarta. The client had resided in the old house sited at one corner of a residential row; it was decided to build an extension once they bought the adjacent house only to be fully demolished and rebuilt from scratch. DAW's brief was to design a luxurious, tropical, contemporary family home. Being a top executive in on e of the biggest developer in Indonesia, and by building it by themselves, it would also showcase their professional capabilities.
