56-storey high-end apartment, Lenmarc embodies private luxury living in a prime West Surabaya area. Connected to ballroom and shopping mall, Lenmarc responds residents busy lifestyle by cater integrated yet still maintain private living.

On the façade, glass and vertical line expression enhance the elegant tower silhouettes. The L shape tower slightly rotated to maximize the view of golf course and downtown as well as to reduce the sun exposure for each apartment unit.

Apart from the exclusive location, the facade design being explored to preserve the rich cultural history of the Chinesse-Palembang vernacular architecture and re-presented in the form of modern form of architecture element, pattern and articulation.
